Snowy Mercer’s Mill

2015-7371

Good morning,
It’s certainly a cold Saturday morning with our temps hitting -5 (brrrr).
Well, this past Thursday we had the biggest snowstorm of the season with our snow totals reaching 9 inches here in Atglen. Now for us, this is quite a bit of snow at one time and as a photographer who likes snow, I was chomping at the bit to get out in it. It’s a little easier for me to get out than a lot of folks because I have a four wheel drive (Toyota FJ Cruiser) and I honestly can’t say enough good things about its four-wheel-drive capability. (It’s a beast)

Snow provides that extra element to photograph and turns the blah winter scenery into a winter wonderland filled with photographic opportunities!

Enjoy what mother nature gives you and stop complaining!!!!
